Dunleavy called the special session not to deal with his recycled education bill or his recycled plan to create an agriculture department.
He called it as part of a scheme in which he is asking his Republican allies to refuse to show up for work and preserve his vetoes. It’s the most underhanded special session declaration in the state’s history.
